I created this bright, fun mixed media painting of a beautiful bouquet of roses by first doing a watercolor painting of them on a heavy watercolor paper. Then I layered on lots of little collage treasures including pages from old books as well origami scraps. I then put the finishing touches on with acrylic paints and pens. And finally I mounted it onto a birch cradled wood panel. It was a lot of fun to create!
